The Rise of the Climate State

 

The research project Rise of the Climate State: Analyzing Socio-Legal Transformations in the Anthropocene, led by Tobias Arnoldussen and Michiel Stapper, is funded through a Starter Grant and forms part of Tilburg Law School’s Global Law and Governance research program.

The project is carried out in close collaboration with researchers at partner universities in Japan, the United States, and South Korea. The team examines climate policy across the four jurisdictions.
